** ''Abstract:'' [[BioPortal]], the open ontology repository developed by the National Center for Biomedical Ontology, contains more than 300 ontologies. These ontologies inevitably overlap in content. Thus, in addition to serving as an ontology repository, [[BioPortal]] also provides a repository of mappings between the terms in the ontologies. This repository contains the mappings that the [[BioPortal]] team generates automatically, the mappings created by the users interactively through the [[BioPortal]] user interface, and the mappings that our users have created elsewhere and contributed to BioPortal.
