I’m a Brazilian entrepreneur and innovation leader working at the intersection of data, AI, and real-world operations. I’ve long been passionate about graphs and network-based modeling, originally driven by interests in bioinformatics and how complex systems can be represented and queried with rigor.

More recently, my focus has shifted to applying AI in omnichannel retail specially conversational assistants, knowledge retrieval, and decision support for sales and customer service. In this context, ontologies become essential again: they provide the shared vocabulary and structure needed to connect product, customer, service, and operational concepts, so teams can avoid reinventing definitions and optimize engineering and organizational effort.

I’m joining Ontolog to learn from the community, exchange practical patterns, and contribute perspectives from applied AI and graph-based knowledge systems in industry.
