Patrick Lambrix is a Professor at the Department of Computer and Information Science at Linköping University, Sweden. His main current research interest is in ontology engineering and in particular ontology debugging and ontology alignment. The ontology alignment system developed in his group performed best among all systems in OAEI Anatomy in 2008. His group also developed RepOSE, the first system that allows debugging is-a structure in and mappings between taxonomies. He is also co-founder of WoDOOM - the International Workshop on Debugging Ontologies and Ontology Mappings.
